Abstract
V.I. Lytvynov. The evaluation of the interdependence of agricultural enterprises and the expenditures on the material incentives of workers. One of the conditions for the effective development of the agricultural sector is the rational use of its labor resources. However, at present the labor relations in the agriculture remain out of sight not only in the separate enterprises, but also at the state level. But nowadays in market economies the labor is turned to be the most expensive factor in production and the main motive forces of the economic development. The counterparts of the consumption fund and the factors influencing the formation of incomes of the agricultural enterprises are investigated in the article. The increase in the level of the competitive agricultural production and the labor, and the growth of profitability of the agricultural enterprises depend on the efficiency of the use of the resource potential, including the labor resources. The quality of the labor potential usage depends on many factors, the main of which are the factors of the employees’ motivation. The incomes of the enterprises are the main source for the creation and financing of the agricultural enterprises' resources. The expenses on the reproduction of the farms’ labor potential are not the exception. The higher the cost of the consumption, the higher the indicators of the labor productivity will be; and the incomes of the enterprises will also increase. In its turn, with higher incomes the enterprises will have more opportunities to increase wages and other consumption costs.
