OF THE TRADE ENTERPRISE’S FINANCIAL STABILITY

Abstract
The article deals with the question of the management mechanism formation for the trading enterprise’s financial stability. The elements of the mechanism of managing the trading enterprise’s financial stability are determined. A mechanism for managing the trading enterprise’s financial stability has been formed. The main functions of the managerial mechanism of the trading enterprise’s financial stability are investigated and determined. The developed mechanism of management functions with account of certain organizational structures, principles, methods, financial instruments, and legal norms in order to determine the optimal parameters of the financial assets’ structure and volume, with their involvement from different sources and in various forms for increasing the trading company’s competitiveness and innovation activity with due of the observance of the given level of financial stability. The mechanism of the trading enterprise’s financial sustainability of management is provided by a set of production, administrative, innova¬tion and integration factors that represent the system of external and internal influence on the trading enterprise’s financial sustainability management system in order to transform it into a proper condition in relation to the life cycle of the enterprise. As a result, the transformation of the trading enterprise’s financial sustainability management system’s initial state, the influence on the mechanism and management style that corresponds to a certain goal, the complex of available financial methods, tools, leverage and channels for attracting financial assets is taking place.
