Ograniczenia zbywalności udziałów i akcji w spółkach pracowniczych

Abstract
Zasadniczym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badań empirycznych nad ograniczeniami zbywalności udziałów/akcji współkach pracowniczych. Badania empiryczne zostały przeprowadzone wśród 21 spółek pracowniczych z województwa mazowieckiego, które zawarły umowy o oddanie przedsiębiorstwa państwowego do odpłatnego korzystania w latach 2000–2005 w oparciu o dane Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Wyniki dokonanej analizy wskazują, iż tylko jedna spółka pracownicza z zakwalifikowanych do próby badawczej nie wprowadziła żadnych ograniczeń zbywalności jej udziałów/akcji.
