Обґрунтовано, що першочерговими напрямами вирішення сучасних проблем боротьби з деградацією земель та опустелюванням в Україні є удосконалення законодавчо-нормативної бази, визначеної проектом Національного плану дій щодо боротьби з деградацією земель та опустелюванням.
