ОЛИМПИЙСКОЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ В ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ, НАПРАВЛЕННОЕ НА ВОСПИТАНИЕ ПОДРАСТАЮЩЕГО ПОКОЛЕНИЯ

Abstract
Анотація. У статті висвітлено дані про олімпізм, олімпійські принципи і роль олімпійської освіти як педагогічного процесу, що здійснюється через усі форми системного навчання і планування набуття знань про Олімпійські ігри й олімпійський рух у цілому. Розглянуто питання відродження ідей олімпізму, проблеми сучасного спорту (правила чесної гри і спортивна етика). Мета. Формування у студентів знань про Олімпійські ігри та олімпійський рух. Методи. Аналіз сучасної науково-методичної літератури. Результати. Автори вказують на важливість пріоритетів олімпійської освіти, пропонують ввести її як обов’язковий предмет у навчальні плани і програми навчальних закладів, які готують фахівців цієї галузі. Олімпійська освіта як предмет, дотримуючись своїх початкових принципів, прищеплює гуманізм, чесне суперництво, повагу до уболівальників, суддів, формує знання про джерела олімпізму. Наприкінці XX ст. Міжнародний олімпійський комітет прийняв рішення про допуск на Олімпійські ігри професійних спортсменів, що спричинило деякий відхід від основного олімпійського принципу «Головне участь, а не перемога», а Ігри стали об’єктом реалізації різних бізнес-планів великих компаній. У такому складному для молоді світі важливо зуміти досягати своєї мети, не піддаючись спокусам, що приносять тимчасові перемоги, залишатися чесними і справедливими, дотримуючись засад гуманізму, що ґрунтуються на повазі до оточуючих і до себе самого. Аbstract. The article highlights data on Olympism, the Olympic principles and the role of Olympic education as a pedagogical process through all forms of systematic education and planning for gaining knowledge about the Olympic Games and the Olympic movement in general. The issues of revival of the ideas of Olympism, the problems of modern sports (the rules of fair play and sport ethics) have been addressed. Objective. Formation of knowledge about the Olympic Games and the Olympic Movement in students. Methods. Analysis of modern scientific and methodical literature. Results. The authors point to the importance of the Olympic education priorities, suggesting that it should be introduced as a compulsory subject in curricula and programs of educational institutions that train specialists in this field. The Olympic education, as a subject, adheres to its initial principles, instills humanism, honest rivalry, respect for fans, judges, and forms knowledge about the sources of the Olym pism. At the end of XX century. the International Olympic Committee decided to admit professional athletes to the Olympic Games. This led to some departure from the main Olympic principle, "The main thing is participation but the victory", and the Games became the object of implementing various business plans of large companies. In such a complex world for young people, it is important to be able to achieve their goal without being tempted to bring temporary victories, to remain honest and just, to adhere to the principles of humanism, based on respecting others and oneself.
