Abstract
The three-dimensional dynamic problem of the elasticity theory on forced vibration of orthotropic plate at coulomb friction between layers is solved by the asymptotic method. The bottom obverse surface is subject to external dynamic influences, and top - is rigidly fixed. The common asymptotic solution of the problem is found. The closed solution for particular type of problems is found. The resonance arising conditions are established. It is known, that constant tangential displacements acting to the second layer do not influence in stress-strain state of the first layer. It is shown, that the same phenomenon with the big accuracy remains in force at linearly varying on coordinates influences.
