‘On Demand Service Management’ For Next Generation Mobile Networks [LTE] Using Agents
Journal Title: International Journal of P2P Network Trends and Technology(IJPTT) - Year 2013, Vol 3, Issue 9
Abstract
The novelty of our work is the development of an optimal service provisioning and customer experience management framework, adding value to the mobile user community and also to the business development of network service providers. This research provides a quality based On Demand Service Management technique for NGMN that can adapt itself to the complex and dynamically changing environment, according to the service status resulting from Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and rules, set by the policy directive of the service provider, which can contribute to control the customer churn of the Organization. Using the state of art mobile software agent technology, we provide an effective On Demand Service to the mobile users, through a service model that captures the Experience of the User and suggests an implemental frame work to handle the dynamically changing requirements.
