ON RANK-ONE ? *-COMMUTING OPERATORS
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN MATHEMATICS - Year 2014, Vol 9, Issue 5
Abstract
Let ? be a non zero complex number. An operator A is a rank one ? *-commutes with B if AB - ? BA* has rank one. If, moreover, B is compact operator then A is called to belong to (H). In other words,(H) = fA 2 B(H)jAB-? BA* has rank one for some compact operator B} . We study the basic properties of (H). We prove that if A 2 B(H) has an eigenvalue dierent than? , and A has a fixed point then (H).

Continuous Generalized Hankel-type integral wavelet transformation
Using the theory of Hankel-type convolution, continuous generalized Hankel-type wavelet integral transformation is defined. The generalized Hankel-type integral wavelet transformation is developed. Using the...
BAYESIAN TWO-SAMPLE PREDICTION OF THE GENERALIZED PARETO DISTRIBUTION WITH FIXED AND RANDOM SAMPLE SIZES BASED ON GENERALIZED ORDER STATISTICS
Bayesian predictive intervals for future observations from a future sample from the generalized Pareto distribution (GPD) based on generalized order statistics (GOS) are obtained when the shape parameter is unknown. We...
A modified generalized projective Riccati equation method
A modification of the generalized projective Riccati equation method is proposed to treat some nonlinear evolution equations and obtain their exact solutions. Some known methods are obtained as special cases of the propo...
Max-fully cancellation modules
Let R be a commutative ring with identity and let M be a unital an R`-module. We introduce the concept of max-fully cancellation R-module , where an R-module M is called max-fully cancellation if for every nonzero maxima...
Neumann-Boundary Stabilization of the Wave Equation with Internal Damping Control and Applications
This paper is devoted to the Neumann boundary stabilization of a non-homogeneous ndimensional wave equation subject to static or dynamic boundar...
