ON REMUNERATION RESERVATION WHILE EMPLOYEE’S TEMPORARY REMOVAL

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of criteria for determining whether remuneration should be reserved while employee’s temporary removal. The following criteria are elaborated: 1) preservation of an employer’s ability to use hired labor; 2) modality of temporary removal (mandatory one or at discretion of an employer). It is substantiated that remuneration should be reserved while employee’s temporary disciplinary removal.
