ON THE APPLICABILITY OF G. KELZEN’S THEORY REGARDING RESEARCH OF THE PUBLIC POLICY ON THE PREVENTION AND FIGHTING OF CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE (WITH CONCEPTUAL CONSIDERATIONS OF V.V. HLADKYI)

Abstract
There were researched some theoretical questions concerning the study of public policy on the prevention and fight against corruption in Ukraine. In particular, attention was drawn to the possibility of usage of G. Kelzen’s theory for this purpose. In the outlined context, some features of the legal analysis of the corruption environment of Ukraine were worked-out a well. Still due to research there are considered some conceptual peculiarities of public policy on prevention and fight against corruption and the mentioned environment in the context of citizens’ legal sense ensuring. Also the author has provided relevant generalization considering practical needs regarding this research.
