ON THE DESIGNING OF THE MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

The article reviews the changes in the modern education and teaching paradigm in the face of global problems, including the consequences of the social reforms in education. The article examines the pedagogical methods and tools of formation of the 21st century knowledge, skills and capabilities at students, (pupils, university students, and any other person involved in the education process), evaluation of its quality and generalization of the advanced pedagogical experience. The article presents the conceptual education structure, uniting 5 elements and consisting of 3 components. This model includes the following components and elements: the teaching (teaching/learning) environment, the learning process, the learning outcomes, the role of the student and the teacher, and the facilitator and moderator (TMPNM). The conceptual basis of this model is the synthesis of other pedagogical paradigms and methods that can meet the requirements of the educational paradigm of the 21st century. The article considers the content of didactic education, the didactic method and methodology are used as the forms of teaching this content, or rather, the styles of teaching and learning. In general, the strategy of didactics is the unity of the created theory and the developed practice of self-awareness of the student and teacher.
