ON THE EFFECT OF THE DISSENTING OPINION PRESENTATION BY THE JUDGE OF THE COMMERCIAL COURT

Abstract
The special consequences of the dissenting opinion presentation by the judge of the commercial court are explored in the article. The proposals concerned with the procedures related to the order of the dissenting opinion presentation have been set forth.
