ON THE EQUILIBRIUM OF AN ELASTO-PLASTIC BODY SUBMITTED TO THE DEFORMATION BY TRACTION
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2008, Vol 8, Issue 1
Abstract
We formulate some problems modelling the local behaviour of a plastic material with hardening. We express the directional linear hardening in term of a hidden internal variable. In this context there exist an admissible loading intensity and a permissible displacement for a large deformation.

BASICS OF SPIN WAVE THEORY
Developed in the 50's, the spin waves theory is one of the milestones in magnetism and continues to be of fundamental importance. This approach allows a physically appealing treatment of long range magnetically ordered p...
QUANTUM TUNNELLING AND MAGNETIZATION DYNAMICS IN LOW DIMENSIONAL SYSTEMS
Quantum mechanics allows a system to overcome a classically-unsurmountable energy barrier through a mechanism called Quantum Tunnelling (QT). Although pertaining to the quantum domain, QT is the cause of important physic...
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF THE LEAVES AND STEM BARK: METHANOL EXTRACT OF SIDA CORDIFOLIA L.
The study was conducted to evaluate some chemical constituents of the leaves and stem bark of Sida cordifolia. Standard methods were used in all the analysis. Preliminary phytochemical screening indicated the presence of...
THE FRIENDLY MATERIALS FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY PROTECTION
A common approach for achieving new polymer materials, characterized by metal ions selectivity, presumes the use of cyclic chelators. That supposes multistep synthesis and a prior knowledge of how the cycling process can...
MAGNETIC BEHAVIOUR OF Co IN YCo4-xCuxB COMPOUNDS
The RCo4B compounds, where R is a rare-earth or yttrium crystallize in a hexagonal structure of CeCo4B-type. In this lattice, the R atoms are located in 1a and 1b sites, Co in 2c and 6i sites and B in 2d positions. The m...
