On the Formation of the Priorities of Financial and Economic Development of Ukraine at the Present Stage

Abstract
Issues relating to the determination of the main directions of the modern development of agriculture in Ukraine were studied, with primary attention paid to the current economic and financial problems. The problems facing the national economy of Ukraine in the light of the structural reforms and of the driving forces to actuate the mechanism of the economic development of the national economy complex of Ukraine were displayed. Prospects for the development of the national economy of Ukraine have improved somewhat recently, but the path to the progressive changes is still difficult. The economic efficiency of activity of the economic entities of Ukraine, especially in major industries, remains unsatisfactory. Such state of things is due to the low competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy and owing to certain contradictions and delays in the implementation of the structural and systemic reforms. The country \'s economy has suffered from the slow progress in the level of quality of production and the social infrastructure. On this basis, Ukraine needs to implement a system of activities that stem from the factors of internal economy processes at the level of economic entities.
