ON THE ISSUE OF COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ANALYSIS OF MAKING CHANGES TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE

Due to the recent amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, the author draws on the general approaches and mechanisms for amending the basic law, with reference to the historical context, including the constitutional process, indifferent states in order to find the optimal model.
