On the issue of control over the execution of common managerial decisions by subjects of law-enforcement activity

Abstract
This article explores the concept of control as a way of ensuring of law and discipline in state ad- ministration. Are defined a concept, types and forms of control, is identified the difference between the concepts of control and oversight, are given the necessary conditions for an effective control of law enforcement agencies.
