ON THE ISSUE OF ENRICHMENT THE ASSORTMENT OF HIGH VITAMIN OF VEGETABLE PRODUCTS BY WILD SPECIES, WHICH ARE SUITABLE FOR USING IN A FOOD (FOR EXAMPLE, TUBER PLANT FILIPENDULA VULGARIS MOENCH (F. HEXAPETALA GILIB.) AND PHLOMIS TUBEROSA L.)

Abstract
It has been considered the desirability and feasibility of constant use in the domestic growing of vegetable wild plant species which are suitable for use in food, in particular Filipendula vulgaris Moench (F. hexapetala Gilib.) and Phlomis tuberosa L. in order to expand the range of high vitamin products. The uses of these plants are able to enrich the diet with vitamins, macro- and micronutrients, antioxidants. Thus, they are promising for use as an additional component to the production of traditional vegetable crops. A fundamentally important condition for the use of new vegetable crops is, in particular, the implementation of the possibility of seed reproduction.
