ON THE ISSUE OF RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE JUDGMENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In this article the author considers a possibility of the recognition and enforcement of the judgments of the International Criminal Court on the territory of Ukraine. The article draws attention to the contemporary problems in the legislative regulation of cooperation with the International Criminal Court. It analyses relevant material and procedural Ukrainian legislation, and also her international commitments.
