ON THE LEGAL IMPORTANCE OF THE STATUTE IN THE AREA OF ECONOMY

Abstract
The article reveals the issues of the correlation of the provisions of the local corporate act – the statute and the law. It is concluded that the charter is a local legal act, which must comply with the law. In the case of amendments to a special law they should be reflected in the statute, and to bring its provisions into line with the rules of the law, the rules of law that regulate such relations should be applied.
