ON THE NEED FOR THE FORMATION OF THE INFORMATION POWER IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the need for the formation of the information power in Ukraine. The existence of an information society significantly changes the legal system, influence to the implementation of the rule of law, ensuring human rights. It is shown that the information power acts by force of authority, it has very powerful and sufficiently spread its influence on the broad masses, its will does not have specific addresses and acts as a specific power. Analyzed mass media as an instrument, that influence to the further behavior of the individual and society.
