ON THE POSSIBILITY OF CONCLUDING A LOAN AGREEMENT ON THE MODEL OF THE ACCESSION AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article examines the legal regulation of the accession agreement in the civil law of Ukraine. On the basis of the study, the author concludes that the loan agreement can not be concluded by the parties under the model of the accession agreement. The conducted study led the author to conclude that the conclusion in Ukraine of credit agreements using standardized forms mainly takes place using the general (standard) conditions developed by individual lenders or using the design of the framework agreement.
