ON THE PRINCIPLES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF BIOFUEL PRODUCTION BY AGRICULTURAL COMMODITY PRODUCERS

Abstract
The article describes the principles of legal regulation of the production of biofuels by agricultural producers. It is proposed to these principles include freedom of production and economic activities of agricultural producers for the production of biofuels, non-interference of the state in such activities, its state support, and so forth
