ON THE QUESTION OF THE CONCEPT OF "EXTERNAL - INTERNAL" STATE SECURITY

Abstract
The article examines the problem of establishing the essence of the notions of “external – internal” security of Ukraine in the context of the current criminal legislation and taking into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamentals of National Security of Ukraine”. It is analyzed authoritative opinions of famous researchers in the definition of such concepts. The role of such concepts in the differentiation of crimes against the bases of national security of Ukraine is studied.
