On the Stability of Elastic Columns

Abstract
The stability of a column in two cases when on its end are given a lineare condition between bending moment and angle of turning or between cuttig forse and displacement. For viscoelastic connection in static statement longtime critical forse is greater than instantenous one and in dynamical statement viscoelastic connection destabilisises the sistem.
