ON THE SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE LEGISLATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PENALTIES

Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of systematization of the principles of criminal-executive legislation, execution and serving of sentences. The conceptual ideas for forming a system of key principles of criminal-executive law are considered. The attention is focused on the humanistic paradigm as a key direction for further optimization of the sphere of principles of modern, domestic criminal-executive reality. The author's approach to the formation of a system of principles in the criminal-executive law and their presentation in the corresponding criminal-executive norm of the legislation is offered.
