Properties of Highly Dispersed Systems on The Base of Cadmium Telluride Obtained by Electrochemical Dispergation
Physical and chemical properties of highly dispersed systems on the base of metallic (cadmium, tellurium) and semiconductor materials (cadmium telluride) obtained by the plasma-electrochemical method are studied. It is s...
The Kinetic Peculiarities of the Nanocrystallization of Amorphous Alloys Fe84Nb2B14, which are Doped by Rare Earth Metals
The thermal stability and crystallization of the Fe82Nb2B14RE2 (RE = Y, Gd, Tb, Dy) amorphous alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) method. By X-ray diffraction (XRD) method has been establ...
Magnetoresistance of Bi2Se3 Whiskers at Low Temperatures
Temperature dependencies of Bi2Se3 whiskers’ resistance with Pd doping concentration of 11019 cm-3 where measured in temperature range 4.2 - 300 K. At temperature 5.3 K a sharp drop in the whisker resistance was found. T...
Study of Thermodynamic Functions for Iron Monoboride FeB
The thermodynamic quantities for iron monoboride FeB, such as entropy, enthalpy, heat capacity and their temperature dependence, are considered. It is shown, that accounting for contribution to the zeroth-order high-temp...
