Abstract

The article shows the importance and relevance of the problem between information interaction in the field of planning development, use and control of the movement of technical military nologii for military security of the state. The definition of the control system is given military technology. The priority direction of the development of information systems but analytical support is considered to be included in their composition subsystems of linguistic, informational and software baking, which allows to solve problems of analysis and synthesis of knowledge, and also manage them in the process of user robots with the system.Integration of various information resources into the specified system The topic is based on transdisciplinary procedures ontologies This approach provides context-semantic analysis of text documents, creation of ontology of the selection problem and taxonomy generation, ordering ontology concepts and transdisciplinary integration of contexts based on them. The proposed generalized structural scheme of formation information analysis support system solutions in the field of military technology management. AT the network-centric environment of the proposed system is provided by comento-oriented interaction that takes into account the specifics of activities of all subjects of the system. In addition, it is provided solution of cognitive meta-tasks: “structurization”, “analysis”, “synTez "," rational choice "in the processing of text documents, databases and knowledge. The use of such information-analytical system in the decision-making process in the technology management system military vehicles will contribute to the effectiveness of the operation of this system is used innovation capacity in the interests of the Security Sector Ukraine’s defense and, accordingly, the level of military security of the state.
