Abstract
The article deals with the main directions for the organization of the operationalinvestigative activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the field of counteraction to human beings trafficking, on which basis the goals and directions are determined. The criminological features are determined, according to which expediently to carry out an operational search while the counteraction to human beings trafficking is accomplishing. It has been considered the order of conducting victims of human beings trafficking interrogation, whose results further will influence on operational- investigative activities. The article is outlined the views on the necessity of international cooperation establishing in the counteraction to human beings trafficking.
