OPERATOR MODEL OF THE ANALYSIS PROCESS AND MANAGEMENT BY SLOW STRUCTURED SITUATION IN SOCIO-TECHNICAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
Based on the study of probable events of the analysis process and the management of a weakly structured situation in social and technical systems, the algorithm of the activity for analysis processing and process management is presented. This became possible thanks to the development and presentation of a variant of the most cognitive map of the process of managing the weakly structured situation, its adaptation to the conditions of variability and assessment of the probability of their appearance. Investigation of the algorithm of action to improve the analysis and management of the process in weakly structured situations required to develop an operator model of this process. Using the model of the analysis and management of the weakly structured situation in social and technical systems allowed to summarize the results and adapt it to the variable input parameters. As a consequence, the influence of the components of the card and the model in support of decision-making was determined to improve the efficiency of management of such systems. The operator model of the process provided an opportunity to study in detail the process of analysis and management of a weakly structured situation in social and technical systems, to assess the degree of process control and the effect of variable parameters on the final result.
