Abstract

En el ámbito de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos, al igual que en otras áreas funcionales de las empresas, se ha producido un incremento en la adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA), derivado de su capacidad para generar valor no sólo en los empleados sino que éste es fácilmente trasladable a clientes y consumidores. En la actualidad estamos asistiendo a un cambio de paradigma en la gestión empresarial, en el que el papel de los directivos es esencial para afrontar los retos de una aplicación cada vez mayor de la IA a todas las áreas de una organización.
