ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ЗОН ЭФФЕКТИВНЫХ СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ ВОЗВЕДЕНИЯ МАЛОЭТАЖНЫХ ЗДАНИЙ ПОД ДЕЙСТВИЕМ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ

Abstract
To date, in Ukraine, once again demanded the erection of low-rise buildings. Despite the fact that more than 70% of "new buildings" in large cities of Ukraine are high-rise (21-26 floors), public opinion polls show that already today 60% of people would prefer an individual apartment house. Most of the people in this category belong to the middle class and need budget houses. In addition, according to the State Statistics in 2017 in Ukraine, dacha and garden houses with a total area of 73.4 thousand m2 were put into operation, which, in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year, increased by 16.8% [40, 95]. In connection with the demand for this type of housing and the growing requirements for thermo-technical indicators of enclosing structures, there is a need to find new efficient solutions for erecting low-rise buildings that meet modern requirements for energy saving and comfort.
