¬¬¬¬Optical Properties of Copper Ferrite Nano-Particle synthesized via Hydrothermal Technique
Journal Title: Bulletin of Pure and Applied Sciences Sec. D – Physics - Year 2018, Vol 37, Issue 2
Abstract
CuFe2O4 nano-particle prepared via low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis technique to investigate structural and optical properties. The synthesized copper ferrite (CF) nano-particle characterized by followed techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV- Visible Spectroscopy. The single-phase cubic spinel structure found from XRD analysis and average crystallite size, the strain was estimated calculated and camper with the WH plots. The optical band gap estimation was carried out from UV- Visible Spectroscopy absorption spectra.

Symmetry Breaking in One Dimensional Directional Phtonic Crystal Wave Guide
We have studied symmetry breaking in the one dimensional directional crystal wave guide that holds a single nonlinear defect positioned on the centre line of the waveguide. When only the monopole eigen mode of the defect...
Double Ionization of Silicon and Phosphorus by Electron-Impact
I have calculated double ionization cross sections of silicon and phosphorus by electron impact using double binary encounter model. Hartree-Fock momentum distribution has been used for both the ejected electrons during...
Power Dependence of the Amplitude of the Microwave Radiation Induced Magneto-Resistance Oscillations and Linear Polarisation
We have studied the power dependence of the amplitude of the microwave radiation induced magneto resistance oscillations and the linear polarization sensitivity of these oscillations. For the power dependence, some exper...
Some Finite Temperature Characteristics of the High-Tc Cuprates within t-J-U Model
The effects of nearest-neighbor (NN) antiferromagnetic (AF) exchange interaction (J) and temperature on high-Tc cuprates have been studied using an eight-site frustrated t-J-U model. Average hole density is taken as <h>...
The Covariant Additive Integrals of Motion in the Theory of Relativistic Vector Fields
The covariant expressions are derived for the energy, momentum, and angular momentum of an arbitrary physical system of particles and vector fields acting on them. These expressions are based on the Lagrange function of...
