Optimal algorithm for simultaneous estimation of image brightness and offset
Abstract
Optimal algorithm is proposed for simultaneous evaluation of image brightness and offset in the presence of position errors. Decision function based on Bayesian optimal criterion is obtained for simultaneous estimation of continued component – image brightness and discrete offset of one image relative to another.
