Optimal design of the reverse osmosis water desalination unit for heat power engineering

Abstract
The work is devoted to the development of the methodology of structural optimization of water desalination networks and its application for the design of the reverse osmosis desalination unit for thermal power plant. The mathematical model of the water treatment network was proposed and the optimization problem was formulated on the basis of this model. The genetic algorithms as the numerical method for solving the optimization problem were selected.
