OPTIMAL DISTRIBUTION OF LABOR RESOURCES: GENDER ASPECT

Abstract
The article proposes a gender-differentiated approach to ensuring the optimal proportions of male and female resources in the labor market of Ukraine, depending on the effectiveness of men and women. The difference is the fundamentally another target orientation of the planning of the development of labor potential. It consists in achieving the maximum economic effect through the rational use of the labor potential reserve in terms of gender characteristics. The optimal ratios of men and women in the industries are calculated, depending on their specific properties, abilities and skills. According to the results of economic and mathematical modeling were identified the most perspective sectors, which bring the maximum efficiency
