OPTIMIZATION OF MOUNTING HOLES LOCATIONS IN STEEL LOW-LEVEL BRIDGE GIRDERS

Abstract
In the article the authors optimize the location and size of mounting holes in steel main girders of low-level bridges with regard to the final durability of the span. The issue under analysis related to the optimization of the structure, or more precisely to the location of mounting holes, only in terms of durability.
