OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF WARM-UP IN FOOTBALL FOR THE STUDENTS IN SPORTS IMPROVEMENT GROUPS

Abstract

The problem of the necessity of conducting warm-up with the increase of intensity of actions in the conditions of active combat in modern football is considered in the article. The practice of training highly qualified football players proves that the possibilities of organism, including speed, strength, speed, power, and speed of decision making, speed of anticipation grow with the correct and tight-knit warm-up. This confirms the data of the research conducted by many experts as before trainings and before competitions. In practice of training football players other methods of warm-up can be applied, the most famous of which are massage and rubbing medication. Application of these tools improves efficiency of warm-up. However, in terms of their impact on the body, the mentioned items cannot be compared with active physical actions. Practical experience of many experts shows that the warm-up tools, which are used now, do not take into account the conditions of modern training, which are close to the conditions of competition, and thus do not sufficiently provide with trained muscles and joints of football players to intense gaming performance and physical actions. Some of football players demonstrate “cool” attitude to warm-up both before training and during psychophysical decline of the players or formal approach of the coach to business. Massage, bath, or any other means cannot replace it. During the warm-up, both muscles "warm up", and, that is extremely important, the heart rate (HR), blood pressure and other functional indicators, designed to "work" at high pressure (from 160 to 200 bpm) after the warm-up, increase. Different methods of warm-up, which should be applied depending on physical condition of the players and the properties of the nervous system of each individual player, are considered. In addition, during the warm-up, natural conditions and time of day, and the nature of work in the main training and game should be taken into account.
