Optimization of Treatment for Polyresistant Tropical Malaria Based on Clinical and Laboratory Indices

Abstract
It is shown clinical and laboratory efficacy of using the drug of Chinese wormwood — artemether. It is found that the application of artemether in tropical malaria of moderate to severe clinical course led to a more rapid clinical effect, and the rapid elimination of parasites from the blood. The absence of side effects of the therapy is revealed.
