Optymalizacja outsourcingu w resorcie obrony Republiki Słowacji

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of managing outsourcing processes in the Slovak Republic’s defence sector. Outsourcing is a method used to increase the effectiveness of managing organizations not only in the private but also in the public sector. The aim of the article is to present conclusions of the scientific task „Increasing effectiveness of performing logistic services by means of outsourcing in the logistics of defence department of SR” and also recommendations that are supposed to lead to increased efficiency of outsourcing management
