ОПЫТ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЭКССУДАТИВНЫХ ПЕРИКАРДИТОВ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ МИНИИНВАЗИВНЫХ ДОСТУПОВ

Abstract
Introduction. The number of exudative pericarditis is increasing every year. There is a need to determine the optimal method of surgical treatment that would be effective and safe, and the recovery period - short for rapid rehabilitation. Aim. We presented experience of our clinic in treatment of various etiologies pericardial effusion using miniinvasive surgery. Material and Methods. During 16 years we operated 92 patients with pericardial effusion using subxiphoid or thoracoscopic pericardiotomy with or without pericardioscopy. Results and discussion. We presented important role of diagnostic results, patient's condition and comorbidities for choosing the optimal surgical approaches and indication for each of it. Conclusions. Minimally invasive surgery is safe for patients, has good results and short rehabilitation period.
