On the basis of the empirical research, six groups of effects have been identified (market and marketing, technical and investment, financial, organisational and managerial), which were a consequence of developing coactivity between organisations. The main goal of this article is an identification and analysis of organisational and managerial effects, which occur after developing the coactivity.
