Abstract
The article describes the activities related to the functioning of the warehouse. The course includes activities including reception, identification, transport and storage of cargo. On the example of a transport firm, a functional analysis of the warehouse operations and means of transport was carried out. Opportunities for organizational changes that will contribute to quantitative and qualitative changes in warehouse processes are presented.
