Abstract
Proces szkolenia powinien być realizowany w sposób systematyczny, ciągły, odpowiednio wcześniej zaplanowany. Nie może być wynikiem przypadkowej pracy do-wódców i prowadzony w sposób chaotyczny, gdyż stanowi to poważne zagrożenie dla osiągnięcia zakładanych celów szkoleniowych. W artykule autor przedstawia założenia organizacyjno - szkoleniowe oraz przebieg procesu szkolenia na szczeblu baterii.
