Organization and conduct of environmental insurance in Ukraine

Abstract
The article considers methodological issues of environmental insurance in Ukraine, its role and place in ensuring environmental safety. The foundations of relations are determined when concluding environmental insurance contracts. The ways of forming a system of voluntary and compulsory environmental insurance and the possibility of attracting insurance organizations to environmental insurance are justified.
