ORGANIZATION OF ANALYTICAL WORK AS GUARANTOR OF EFFICIENT ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article gives the organizational and managerial structure of the agricultural enterprise. Peculiarities of carrying out analytical work at the enterprise for the realization of effective activity are determined. The carrying out of analytical work allows predicting the influence of factors, risks, choosing the right decision and making a management decision. The results of activity of agrarian enterprises on the basis of statistical data are given. The analytical process allows predicting the development of the enterprise for the future.
