ORGANIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN GENERAL EDU- CATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AS A CONDITION FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS

Abstract
The article raises the problem of finding new approaches to raising the level of teachers’ professional self-actualization of general education establishments. It is proved that the organization of international co- operation promotes communication between participants of the educational process, activates the disclosure of their internal potential. It is noted that teachers of foreign languages should be the initiators and leaders in the process of creating a foreign language educational environment. The forms of the incentive system, which are favorable for the teachers’ self-realization and students in the process of international cooperation, are specified.
