ORGANIZATION OF LOGISTICS SYSTEM AT LIGHT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with the features of formation of the logistics system for light manufacturing. It was concluded that rational traffic control of large body of material resources is impossible without computerization process, introduction of computers at all stages of logistics. Methodological solving problems of material and associated streams using computer technology are reflected in the operating systems developed by foreign experts, which can be used in the formation of the logistic system of domestic light industry. Today it is very popular in logistics, especially in inventory management to use ABC-analysis. It is simple and at the same time a powerful analysis tool that allows to detect objects that require priority attention, which is especially important in short supply management resources. In implementing the company ABC analysis must adhere to a specific algorithm. Creating and effective functioning of logistics services will associate into a single system the problem of logistic management of internal business processes with business process partners and customers.
