ORGANIZATION OF SCIENTIFICALLY-RESEARCH WORK WITH THE GIFTED YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE STUDYING OF CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY, BASES OF ECOLOGY IN CHERNIVTSI COLLEGEOF LVIV NATIONAL AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract
Introduction. In the article the problems of working with the gifted young people in higher educational establishments of I-II level of accreditation and bringing them into scientific research work are considered. Kinds and forms of organization of activity of students are shown. The scientific research work and the follow-on application of chemistry and bases of ecological knowledge in the building industry by the students of the Chernivtsi College of Lviv National Agrarian University have been analyzed. Methods. Development of organizational and methodical bases of the support of the gifted young people in the process of the special purpose programs realization. One of the forms of work with creative and gifted young people is the scientific research work. Results. The forming of the students’ profound theoretical knowledge, creativity, critical thinking, ability to analyze, estimate and summarize facts, to write and present the scientific researches. Discussion. Society gets decent specialists that possess the modern methods of building and will be able to meet effectively the challenges posed to them.
