ORGANIZATION OF VETERINARY AND FOOD ADMINISTRATION OF DENMARK: EXPERIENCE FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author investigates the organization of the activities of the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. In particular, the author analyzes functions of the Administration, structure, powers in the field of state control. It is noted that there are several types of control of enterprises in the food industry and different frequency of their inspections depending on the kind of activity and status. In addition to that, attention is paid to the risk-oriented approach to the exercise of state control. The author emphasizes the expediency of studying and introducing the experience of the Veterinary and Food Administration of Denmark in the implementation of state control in Ukraine.
