ORGANIZATIONAL AND ARCHITECTURAL PROVISIONS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF MECHANISM FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE STATE POLICY OF COUNTERACTION OF THE SHADOW ECONOMY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The basic principles are defined to form the mechanism for implementing a policy of counteraction to the tiny economy. We propose a system of means and mechanisms of counteraction to the tiny economy in Ukraine, which we systematize to the following groups: tax mechanisms, social, innovation-investment, anti-corruption. On this basis, the necessity of forming an integrated mechanism of counteraction to the tiny economy, which is a complex system of interacting and interrelated interactions, methods, instruments and sources, is used to form the corresponding conditions for the addition of the contextual and transparent socioeconomic relations. The model of the functioning of the integrated mechanism for implementing the state policy of counteraction to the shadow economy in Ukraine is developed, which, on the one hand, is aimed at reducing the pressure of the problem issue of the effectiveness of the state policy of counteraction to the shadow economy, on the other – on the formation of stable and rational connections between the subjects of its mechanism implementation on the basis of modernization of existing institutes and the introduction of new ones.
